Biography
Dr. Kreiger joined the Psychology Department at Utica University in 2010. He earned his PhD in Lifespan Psychology within the Educational Psychology Department and his MS in Child and Family Studies, at Arizona State University. Prior to that he earned his BS in Psychology at Northern Arizona University.
Previous research has involved a number of topics including gender development, peer victimization, academic success and various topics within Existential Psychology. Most recently, he examines how one’s knowledge and appreciation of flora affects their biophilic connection with the environment. Dr. Kreiger has taught a number of courses at Utica University including Introductory Psychology, Lifespan Development, Adolescent Development, Developmental Research Methods, Senior Seminar, and Human Sexuality.
In his spare time, Dr. Kreiger enjoys exercising, traveling, cooking, and cultivating native plants.
